How baskets are constructed
A thematic label is easy; a defensible methodology is the work. Every basket is being designed to the same discipline, so that a risk team can reconstruct how we got to a value — and challenge it.
Each basket starts from a written, versioned methodology: what qualifies, what does not, and how constituents change. If a theme cannot be defined tightly, it does not ship.
Net asset value is designed to be methodology-driven and reportable — with explicit disclosure of update cadence, data sources and tracking limitations.
Exposure caps, volatility guardrails and pause conditions are set conservatively at launch and widened only with evidence and formal review.
Detailed methodology documents, constituent rules and risk parameters are made available to qualifying institutions as part of diligence. The product set described here is planned, in design, and subject to regulatory gating — nothing on this page is an offer or an invitation to invest.
