Regulatory status

EquiTrack is at a pre-authorisation stage. EquiTrack LLC intends to apply for authorisation from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) to carry on regulated activities. No EquiTrack entity is currently authorised or regulated by the FSRA, the UK Financial Conduct Authority, or any other financial services regulator, and no regulated activity is being carried on.

All products, services and capabilities described on this website are planned or in development. They will be made available only if, when, and to the extent that the required regulatory authorisations are obtained, and subject to completion of independent security review and our own readiness criteria.

Nature of planned products

The planned baskets described on this website are intended to provide synthetic exposure to the performance of reference portfolios of privately held companies. Holding a planned basket token would not confer ownership of, or any legal or beneficial interest in, any underlying company. It would not confer shareholder rights, voting rights, information rights, dividends or any claim against any referenced company.

Synthetic exposure involves risks that differ from direct ownership, including reliance on reference valuations with inherent limitations, counterparty and liquidity arrangements, smart-contract and technology risk, and the risk of total loss. Reference values for private companies are estimates produced under a stated methodology; they may differ materially from prices achievable in any actual transaction.
